Romance in Witchbrook
The official “Dating on Campus” dev blog (2026-09-10) confirmed 11 romanceable characters confirmed. Here is how dating works, per that blog:
- Asking someone out: Dating runs through cards from the post office: the same cards cover asking out, going steady, and breaking up.
- Dates: Each date combines two activities, and Mossport offers more than 200 “date chatter” spots. Bad dates are possible.
- Going steady: A steady relationship unlocks sleepovers.
- Friendship-only path: Every datable character also offers a friendship path, so players who skip romance still get full stories.
- Multiplayer: In co-op, players can rival each other for the same NPC’s affection.
